Website Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of increasingcustomers.com and any related pages we operate (the "Site"). Please read them carefully. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

01Who we are

The Site is operated by Increasing Customers LLC ("Increasing Customers," "we," "our," or "us"), a Wyoming limited liability company doing business in the State of Arizona. You can reach us at [email protected] or by mail at 2531 E Pelican Dr., Gilbert, AZ 85297.

02Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using the Site, booking a consultation, submitting a form, or otherwise interacting with us through the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

If you use the Site on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms, and "you" refers to both you and that business.

03Eligibility and intended audience

The Site is intended for owners, operators, and marketing decision-makers of licensed cannabis dispensaries and similar regulated retail businesses. You must be at least 21 years of age to use the Site. The Site does not sell, promote for sale, or facilitate the purchase of cannabis or any cannabis product, and nothing on the Site is an offer to sell cannabis.

04What we do, and what the Site is not

Increasing Customers provides digital advertising management, compliance-focused advertising infrastructure, and related marketing services to businesses. Content on the Site describes those services in general terms. It is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute legal, regulatory, financial, or compliance advice. You remain solely responsible for complying with the laws and regulations that apply to your business, including state cannabis advertising rules and the advertising policies of any platform on which your ads appear.

05Client engagements are governed by a separate agreement

Booking a consultation or using the Site does not create a client relationship. Advertising management and related services are provided only under a separate written services agreement or order form ("Services Agreement") signed by you and Increasing Customers. The Services Agreement sets out pricing, the minimum commitment period, billing, cancellation, and the parties' obligations. If these Terms conflict with a signed Services Agreement, the Services Agreement controls for the services it covers.

Pricing shown on the Site is current as of the "last updated" date, may change without notice, and is not an offer capable of acceptance. Final pricing is confirmed in your Services Agreement.

06Results, statistics, and testimonials

Advertising results vary. Any statistics on the Site, including statements about return on ad spend (ROAS), approval timelines, traffic, orders, or "days live," describe typical or historical outcomes for some clients and are not a promise or guarantee of the results you will achieve. Your results depend on factors we do not control, including your market, budget, offer, website, inventory, platform policy changes, and platform enforcement decisions.

Testimonials reflect the individual experience of the people who provided them. They are not representative of every client, and we do not claim that any client will achieve similar results. Some visual elements on the Site, such as example ads, example visitor records, and territory availability displays, are illustrative and may not reflect real accounts, real people, or current availability.

07Third-party platforms

Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Google, Google Ads, and Google Business Profile are trademarks of their respective owners. Increasing Customers is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. or Google LLC. Whether an advertisement is approved, remains live, or is removed is ultimately decided by those platforms under their own policies, which change over time. We do not control those decisions and do not guarantee any particular platform outcome.

08Consultations and communications

When you book a consultation or submit a form, you agree that we may contact you by email, telephone, and text message at the contact details you provide, about your request and our services. Message and data rates may apply to text messages. You may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any message and out of text messages by replying STOP. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.

09Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
  • scrape, crawl, copy, or harvest content or data from the Site by automated means without our written permission;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected system;
  • interfere with the operation or security of the Site, including by introducing malicious code;
  • submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, or impersonate any person or business;
  • use the Site to build a competing product or service, or to reverse engineer any part of it.

10Intellectual property

The Site and everything on it, including text, graphics, design, page layouts, logos, illustrations, animations, and software, are owned by Increasing Customers or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view the Site and print pages for your own business evaluation. You may not otherwise reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent. "Increasing Customers," "WebsiteReveal," and our logos are our trademarks and may not be used without permission.

11Feedback

If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback about the Site or our services, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use them for any purpose without obligation to you.

12Third-party links and embedded tools

The Site may contain links to, or embed tools from, third parties, including a scheduling tool used to book consultations. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Your use of any third-party tool is subject to that third party's own terms.

13Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION ON THE SITE IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

14Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCREASING CUSTOMERS AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). LIABILITY RELATING TO PAID SERVICES IS GOVERNED BY THE APPLICABLE SERVICES AGREEMENT.

15Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Increasing Customers and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, or your use of the Site.

16Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute for at least thirty (30) days.

17Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

18General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any Services Agreement, are the entire agreement between you and Increasing Customers regarding the Site. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Increasing Customers collects when you visit increasingcustomers.com, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors of the Site. Data we process on behalf of WebsiteReveal customers is covered separately in the WebsiteReveal Agreement below.

01Information we collect

Information you give us

When you book a consultation, fill out a form, or contact us, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, phone number, business name, business location, website, and anything you write in a message or tell us on a call.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect device and usage information, including IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, browser type and settings, operating system, device identifiers, referring URLs, the pages you view, the links you click, and the dates and times of your visits. This information is collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies described in section 4.

Visitor identification

We use our own visitor identification technology, WebsiteReveal, on this Site. With your consent through our cookie banner, WebsiteReveal may match the device and usage information described above against consent-based, U.S.-only third-party datasets to associate your visit with business contact information such as a name, email address, or company. We use this to follow up with businesses that have shown interest in our services and to build advertising audiences. This technology does not operate for visitors who decline non-essential cookies. See section 8 for how to opt out.

Information from other sources

We may receive information about you from advertising platforms (for example, that you clicked one of our ads), from business data providers, and from publicly available sources such as business directories and licensing records.

02How we use information

  • to respond to your inquiries and schedule and conduct consultations;
  • to evaluate whether we can serve your business and your territory;
  • to provide, operate, secure, and improve the Site and our services;
  • to send marketing communications about our services, subject to your opt-out rights;
  • to measure the performance of our own advertising and to build and serve advertising audiences on platforms such as Meta and Google;
  • to comply with law, enforce our Terms, and protect our rights and the rights of others.

03How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers. Companies that host the Site, provide our CRM and scheduling tools, send email and text messages, provide analytics and security, and process data on our behalf. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
  • Advertising partners. We share device and usage information, and in some cases hashed contact information, with advertising platforms such as Meta and Google to measure our ads and to show ads to audiences likely to be interested in our services. Under some state privacy laws this is considered "sharing" for targeted advertising or a "sale," and you have the right to opt out (section 8).
  • Legal and safety. When required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business.
  • With your direction. When you ask us to share information or otherwise consent.

04Cookies and tracking technologies

We use the following categories of technologies on the Site:

  • Essential. Required for the Site to function, including security and the cookie consent banner itself.
  • Analytics and performance. Tools that help us understand traffic and page performance, such as Cloudflare Web Analytics.
  • Advertising and identification. The Meta pixel, Google tags, our WebsiteReveal tag, and similar technologies that measure advertising, build audiences, and identify visiting businesses.
  • Embedded tools. Our scheduling tool, provided through our CRM platform, sets its own cookies when you interact with it.

When you first visit, a banner lets you accept all cookies or only essential cookies. Non-essential technologies, including WebsiteReveal, do not load unless you accept. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser cookies and revisiting the Site, and you can block cookies through your browser settings, although some features may not work. The Site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, but it does honor Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out of sharing for targeted advertising where required by law.

05Communications and text messages

If you provide a phone number when booking a consultation or submitting a form, you agree that we may call or text you about your request, including appointment confirmations and reminders, and about our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out and HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. To opt out of marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link in any email or contact us.

06Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, including to maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Inquiry and lead records are generally retained for thirty-six (36) months after the last interaction unless a client relationship is formed, in which case records are kept for the life of the relationship and for a reasonable period afterward.

07Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encrypted connections and access controls on the systems we use. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

08Your privacy rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Know and access the personal information we hold about you and receive a copy of it;
  • Correct inaccurate personal information;
  • Delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions;
  • Opt out of the sale of personal information and of sharing or processing for targeted advertising;
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights;
  • Appeal a decision we make on your request.

These rights are available to residents of California under the CCPA/CPRA and to residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws, including Colorado, Connecticut, Oregon, Texas, Virginia, and others. We extend the same request process to all U.S. visitors as a courtesy.

To opt out of sharing for targeted advertising, you can decline non-essential cookies in the banner, enable Global Privacy Control in your browser, submit our opt-out form, or email us using the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share." To opt out of WebsiteReveal identification or request deletion of any record associated with your visit, use the same opt-out form and we will permanently remove it.

To exercise any other right, email [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy Request" and tell us what you are asking for. We will verify your identity by confirming the email address or phone number on file and respond within the time required by law, generally 45 days. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf if you provide written permission. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our response.

California notice. In the preceding 12 months we have collected the categories of personal information described in section 1 and shared device, usage, and hashed contact information with advertising partners as described in section 3. We do not sell personal information for money and do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those permitted by law. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

09Children

The Site is directed to businesses and to adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10Visitors outside the United States

The Site is operated from the United States and is intended for U.S. businesses. If you visit from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. WebsiteReveal identification is limited to U.S. visitors.

11Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect. If we make material changes, we will post a notice on the Site or contact you directly where required.

WebsiteReveal Terms of Service & Privacy Agreement

This Agreement governs your access to and use of WebsiteReveal and related services provided by Increasing Customers ("we," "our," or "us"). By signing up for or using WebsiteReveal, you agree to be bound by these terms. Last updated November 2025.

01Overview and data roles

WebsiteReveal utilizes the Increasing Customers ID Tag to de-anonymize website traffic.

  • Data Processor. Increasing Customers acts as a data processor, enabling customers to leverage information originating from their own web properties.
  • Data Controller. You (the Customer) act as the data controller and are responsible for disclosing data collection practices within your own website Privacy Policy and obtaining necessary consents.
  • Scope. Data collected applies solely to U.S.-based contacts and is gathered through user opt-ins.

02Service implementation and performance

To utilize WebsiteReveal, Customers must install the Increasing Customers JavaScript tag or iframe. While our code is designed for high performance and minimal footprint, Increasing Customers is not liable for any website downtime, latency, technical conflicts, or performance issues arising from the installation or presence of the tag. Installation and maintenance of the script are performed at the Customer's own risk.

03Pricing, billing, and fair use

WebsiteReveal is a subscription-based service. By enrolling, you agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your selected plan.

  • Right to modify pricing. Increasing Customers reserves the right to modify pricing for WebsiteReveal or related services.
  • Fair use and data volume. WebsiteReveal plans are designed to support standard business traffic levels. To maintain platform integrity and performance, "Unlimited" reveals are subject to a Fair Use Policy. If a Customer's website traffic significantly exceeds typical enterprise levels (creating disproportionate infrastructure costs), Increasing Customers reserves the right to transition the account to a Custom High-Volume tier. We will provide 30 days' notice before any such transition occurs.
  • Notice period. If your subscription price is scheduled to increase, we will provide at least thirty (30) days' advance notice via email to the address associated with your account.
  • Passive acceptance and default plan. Your continued use of WebsiteReveal after the effective date of a pricing change constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing. If a specific plan (e.g., Annual or Quarterly) is not selected by the customer prior to the effective billing date, the account will automatically default to the Standard Monthly rate to ensure continuity of service and data collection.
  • Non-retroactive. Pricing changes apply only to future billing cycles and will never be retroactive.

04Cancellation and termination

  • Notice requirement. Customers may cancel their subscription by providing at least thirty (30) days' written notice to Increasing Customers or via the account dashboard (if applicable).
  • Effective date. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the 30-day notice period or the end of the current billing cycle, whichever occurs later.
  • No refunds. All subscription fees remain due and payable through the effective cancellation date. No refunds, credits, or prorated amounts will be issued for unused service time.
  • Suspension. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access immediately for non-payment, violation of these terms, or unlawful use of the service.

05Privacy and disclosure requirements (Customer obligations)

To remain in good standing and ensure legal compliance, any website using the Increasing Customers ID Tag must include:

  • Public Privacy Policy. Must be globally accessible, disclose the use of cookies, and reference marketing/remarketing activity.
  • Consent management. Customers must implement a cookie banner (e.g., "This website uses cookies"). If a visitor does not provide consent, the ID Tag will not activate.
  • CCPA compliance. Customers must include a link to the Increasing Customers CCPA request form within their Privacy Policy. If a California resident requests deletion, we will permanently remove all associated records. The request form is available at increasingcustomers.com/opt-out.

06WebsiteReveal Privacy Policy (data handling)

This section explains how we collect and protect information via the WebsiteReveal tag.

  • Information collected. We may collect IP addresses, timestamps, cookies, browser specifications, and referring URLs.
  • PII policy. We do not transmit personally identifiable information (PII) to third parties. We leverage consent-based first-party data to match against permitted datasets out-of-band.
  • Data security. We implement technical safeguards to protect data. The JavaScript tag is designed so it cannot be exploited to access your internal systems.
  • Minors. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 18.
  • GDPR. WebsiteReveal does not collect or store data from individuals located in the European Union. Services are strictly limited to U.S.-based contacts.
  • Data accuracy and results disclaimer. WebsiteReveal identifies visitors on a "best-efforts" basis using proprietary and third-party data matching. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy, identity match rates, or the deliverability and conversion of the data provided. Lead volume and quality are subject to variables outside our control, including user browser settings, privacy extensions, and third-party data availability. No refunds will be issued based on perceived data quality or match-rate fluctuations.

07Limitation of liability and governing law

Increasing Customers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
