WebsiteReveal Terms of Service & Privacy Agreement

This Agreement governs your access to and use of WebsiteReveal and related services provided by Increasing Customers (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By signing up for or using WebsiteReveal, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. OVERVIEW & DATA ROLES
WebsiteReveal utilizes the Increasing Customers ID Tag to de-anonymize website traffic.
Data Processor: Increasing Customers acts as a data processor, enabling customers to leverage information originating from their own web properties.
Data Controller: You (the Customer) act as the data controller and are responsible for disclosing data collection practices within your own website Privacy Policy and obtaining necessary consents.
Scope: Data collected applies solely to U.S.-based contacts and is gathered through user opt-ins.
2. SERVICE IMPLEMENTATION & PERFORMANCE
To utilize WebsiteReveal, Customers must install the Increasing Customers JavaScript tag or iframe. While our code is designed for high performance and minimal footprint, Increasing Customers is not liable for any website downtime, latency, technical conflicts, or performance issues arising from the installation or presence of the tag. Installation and maintenance of the script are performed at the Customer's own risk.
3. PRICING, BILLING & FAIR USE
WebsiteReveal is a subscription-based service. By enrolling, you agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your selected plan.
Right to Modify Pricing: Increasing Customers reserves the right to modify pricing for WebsiteReveal or related services.
Fair Use & Data Volume: WebsiteReveal plans are designed to support standard business traffic levels. To maintain platform integrity and performance, "Unlimited" reveals are subject to a Fair Use Policy. If a Customer’s website traffic significantly exceeds typical enterprise levels (creating disproportionate infrastructure costs), Increasing Customers reserves the right to transition the account to a Custom High-Volume tier. We will provide 30 days' notice before any such transition occurs.
Notice Period: If your subscription price is scheduled to increase, we will provide at least thirty (30) days’ advance notice via email to the address associated with your account.
Passive Acceptance & Default Plan: Your continued use of WebsiteReveal after the effective date of a pricing change constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing. If a specific plan (e.g., Annual or Quarterly) is not selected by the customer prior to the effective billing date, the account will automatically default to the Standard Monthly rate to ensure continuity of service and data collection.
Non-Retroactive: Pricing changes apply only to future billing cycles and will never be retroactive.
4. CANCELLATION & TERMINATION
Notice Requirement: Customers may cancel their subscription by providing at least thirty (30) days’ written notice to Increasing Customers or via the account dashboard (if applicable).
Effective Date: Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the 30-day notice period or the end of the current billing cycle, whichever occurs later.
No Refunds: All subscription fees remain due and payable through the effective cancellation date. No refunds, credits, or prorated amounts will be issued for unused service time.
Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access immediately for non-payment, violation of these terms, or unlawful use of the service.
5. PRIVACY & DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS (CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS)
To remain in good standing and ensure legal compliance, any website using the Increasing Customers ID Tag must include:
Public Privacy Policy: Must be globally accessible, disclose the use of cookies, and reference marketing/remarketing activity.
Consent Management: Customers must implement a cookie banner (e.g., “This website uses cookies”). If a visitor does not provide consent, the ID Tag will not activate.
CCPA Compliance: Customers must include a link to the Increasing Customers CCPA request form within their Privacy Policy. If a California resident requests deletion, we will permanently remove all associated records.
6. WEBSITEREVEAL PRIVACY POLICY (DATA HANDLING)
This section explains how we collect and protect information via the WebsiteReveal tag.
Information Collected: We may collect IP addresses, timestamps, cookies, browser specifications, and referring URLs.
PII Policy: We do not transmit personally identifiable information (PII) to third parties. We leverage consent-based first-party data to match against permitted datasets out-of-band.
Data Security: We implement technical safeguards to protect data. The JavaScript tag is designed so it cannot be exploited to access your internal systems.
Minors: We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 18.
GDPR: WebsiteReveal does not collect or store data from individuals located in the European Union. Services are strictly limited to U.S.-based contacts.
Data Accuracy & Results Disclaimer: WebsiteReveal identifies visitors on a "best-efforts" basis using proprietary and third-party data matching. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy, identity match rates, or the deliverability and conversion of the data provided. Lead volume and quality are subject to variables outside our control, including user browser settings, privacy extensions, and third-party data availability. No refunds will be issued based on perceived data quality or match-rate fluctuations.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & GOVERNING LAW
Increasing Customers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of [Insert Your State], without regard to conflict of law principles.
